Hi! I’m Dawne.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified EMDR Therapist, and EMDR Consultant in Training. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, improve self-esteem, navigate relationship stress, and live a life of meaning and purpose. In addition to traditional talk therapy methods, I use standard EMDR, the Flash Technique, and IFS-informed EMDR to help clients resolve a variety of problems that cause ongoing distress or emotional pain.

We’ll work together to identify the thoughts and beliefs that fuel your ongoing worry, stress, and overwhelm. You’ll learn practical tools to better manage your anxiety and more effectively regulate your nervous system so you can move towards feeling lighter, calmer, and ready to move past whatever’s been holding you back.

We’ll examine the negative core beliefs and related critical self-talk that keep you feeling inadequate, unlovable, or broken. Using EMDR and other therapy tools, we will work on reducing emotional distress and transforming negative beliefs to create space for you to experience yourself as valuable, worthy, and deserving.

Relationship Stress
We’ll explore personality type, communication patterns, and attachment styles to help you understand what drives disconnection in your relationships. Using EMDR and the Flash Technique, we will address the emotional pain from attachment trauma, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and past relationship ruptures to help you feel empowered to love more fully in the present.
